Later Daters™ and Black Later Daters™ are pending trademarks owned and exclusively used by the event organizer. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, duplication, or imitation is strictly prohibited.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending any Later Daters™ or Black Later Daters™ event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, the Liability Waiver, and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
Events are for adults age 45+. A valid ID may be required at check-in.
3. Event Participation
• Respect for guests, staff, and the venue is required.
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
• Includes 2 alcoholic beverages + hors d’oeuvres.
• First five (5) guests to check in receive a complimentary gift (while supplies last).
4. Event Modifications
Later Daters™ may adjust the format, time, date, or venue when necessary for safety or operational reasons.
5. No Guarantee of Matches
Later Daters™ does not guarantee matches, romantic outcomes, friendships, or future relationships.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, programs, and event formats are the exclusive property of:
Later Daters™ / Black Later Daters™ (Pending Trademarks).
No use is allowed without prior written permission.
7. Safety & Conduct
Attendees are responsible for their own decisions, safety, interactions, and alcohol consumption.

⭐ 8. Governing Law (Maryland Clause for Multi-State Tour)
This Agreement—and any dispute related to participation in any Later Daters™ or Black Later Daters™ event—shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, even if the event is held in a different U.S. state.
You agree that the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any legal action shall be the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

2. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Pending Trademark Integration Included

Later Daters™ and Black Later Daters™ are proprietary names and pending trademarks. They may not be used without permission.
1. All Sales Final
Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
2. No-Show Policy
No refunds for missed events.
3. Organizer Cancellation
If Later Daters™ cancels an event, attendees receive either:
•A full refund, or
•A transfer to another event.
4. Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket automatically transfers.
5. “No Match, 25% Off” Policy
If you receive zero matches, you qualify for a 25% discount at a future event.
6. Chargebacks
Improper chargebacks violate this agreement.
7. Governing Law
Governed exclusively by Maryland law.

3. LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE (Full Version)

1. Assumption of Risk
Participation voluntarily involves risks including but not limited to:
•Social interactions
•Alcohol consumption
•Emotional discomfort
•Illness (including communicable diseases)
•Injury
•Property loss
You assume all such risks.
2. Release of Claims
You release Later Daters™, Black Later Daters™, their owners, employees, contractors, and venues from all claims including:
•Physical injuries
•Illness (including COVID-19)
•Emotional distress
•Damages or losses
•Actions of other participants
3. Participant Responsibility
Attendees are solely responsible for their interactions and decisions (i.e., date wisely).
4. Medical Emergencies
You consent to emergency care at your own expense.
5. Indemnification
You agree to hold the organization harmless from claims arising from your actions.
6. Governing Law
Maryland-exclusive jurisdiction.

4. MEDIA RELEASE (Photo, Video, Testimonial)
Reflecting Pending Trademark Status
I grant Later Daters™ / Black Later Daters™ the perpetual, royalty-free right to use event photos, videos, and testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes.
No compensation or approval rights.
Governed by Maryland law.
